BoondockS CRAWFISH BOIL - 26TH AUGUST 2016
From 26-29 August, Chef Bea Vo brought back her Louisiana-style Crawfish Boil! Mountains of Spiced Crawfish, Potatoes, Sweetcorn, Polish Style Beef Sausage, and Garlic Bread along with cocktail sauce, comeback sauce and her special Cajun butter sauce for dipping.
For dessert, A selection of Paletas or Brownies from Bea’s new venture – Butterscotch Bakery.
Communal seating, no plates and no cutlery. Just lots of newspaper, wedges of lemon, and a whole lot of lip smacking food. Dress to get messy!
Tickets were £40 per person for all you can eat Crawfish, sauces, butters, sides and dessert.
